Bentley Kaufman

Bentley Kaufman is a self taught artist who practices with all types of mediums; mainly resin, acrylics and foils. She is from an art-centric family, her grandmother being a professional artist and her uncle starting a public arts foundation (Newport News Public Arts Foundation) in her hometown.

Upon graduating from the University of Mississippi in 2013, Bentley moved to Manhattan to pursue her career in the fashion industry, working with all brands from contemporary to luxury. While in the icty, she was a Youngfellow's member of the Frick Collection Museum, a junior member of the Morgan Library, and a supporter of the National Arts Club.

In 2017 Bentley and her husband, Michael, got married and moved to Saint Simons. In deciding on her future career, she fell back in love with the arts and decided to start her own company after the birth of her first daughter, Kennedy. She launched Eastwind Designs in 2020, paying tribute in its name to her late grandparents.

Bentley currently loves supporting small businesses in the Golden Isles, especially the arts and artists in the industry. You can see her works and place orders via her email ** or finding her on Instagram @eastwinddesigns.
